ViewPoint EyeTracker ® systems include a free, powerful and easy-to-use Software Developers Kit (SDK).

Applications running on Mac OSX computers can load the ViewPoint dylib that allows two way Ethernet communication with ViewPoint. This provides real-time access to all data and complete real-time control of the EyeTracker.

Examples of programs that can be run on Mac and talk with ViewPoint are:

• MATLAB for Mac, allowing for example: Psychtoolbox on the Mac
• Python for Mac, allowing for example: PsychoPy and Vision Egg on the Mac
• Programs that you write, which you link with the ViewPoint dylib

Note that the ViewPoint EyeTracker ® runs well on Apple Macintosh laptops and desktop computers running MSWindows under Boot Camp.
