We accept university, government or corporate purchase orders.

Translation: We charge a fee for foreign language translation of $35 per page, which will be added to the final invoice.

Wire Transfer (preferred method):
We accept international wire transfers.
Bank routing details are provided on quotes.

Check :
Please use Wire Transfer if at all possible, otherwise, payment can be made by check that is made out to Arrington Research, Inc.

Credit Card :
Currently we do not accept Credit Cards.

Portals :
A Portal Fee will be applied if a customer requires the use of a Portal for conducting business. This fee helps us offset the administrative burden of setting up and maintaining the portal.

Included Warranty :
We provide a 60 day warranty to replace or repair faulty parts. Outside of the warranty we will endeavor to repair or replace at a reasonable cost.

Extended Warranty :
An extended warranty can be purchased for 10% of the list price per year.

Return Policy :
We are confident that you will be more than satisfied with your ViewPoint EyeTracker that we offer a money back guarantee. Returns must be made within 15 days of the original shipping date, however you must first give us a chance to resolve any problems; and then, if still not satisfied you must obtain an RMA number before shipping.

As part of our infection control policy, items delivered to animal research facilities are exempt from our return policy and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure your order is correct.
